Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund, at your preference.
