Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Nurdin Enterprise, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging (where applicable).
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation via WhatsApp or Email).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Accessories such as scarves, hats or belts that have been worn (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+60 16-801 6072) or Email (pashto822@gmail.com).
  • Provide your order details, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund, at your preference.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as agreed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check your bank account and contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, please contact us at pashto822@gmail.com.
